The mountain house is very easy to reach by car in summer. There is a private parking space directly in front of the house.

You will receive the required driving permit for the Gauertal area upon arrival at the Hotel Montafoner Hof and is included in the price for 2 cars.

… in winter

The mountain lodge is NOT (with appropiate weather conditions) accessible by car in winter. Your parking place is approx. 10 Minutes away from the mountain lodge. We will organize your transfer! We will take care of your transfers upon arrival and departure!
With the own quad bike (plus trailer) you drive through the wonderful snowy landscape to the mountain lodge. This vehicle is available to you for the entire duration of your stay.

You will receive the necessary driving authorization for the Gauertal area on arrival at the Hotel Montafoner Hof (included in the price).
